Cause: To provide tools, resources and education to driven businesses in the construction industry where 100% of the sponsorship net proceeds will go to 10 selected disadvantaged group contractors to fund, coach and provide back office support as case studies to identify a scalable back office support system for growth. This is to empower disadvantaged business groups and contribute to leveraging contracting opportunities and have a higher statistical chance of growth.

Objective: Event for the Construction industry to learn how to scale through back-office organization, operation infrastructure and effective business development to overcome the challenges of building growth through large contracts

Value: This event will ignite business owners to become a high-level contractor performing on projects for private corporate, public works, and federal contracts.
